Refund policy

 NO RETURN

Twig Story has no Return/ Exchange policy.

However, if you have received any Damaged/ Tampered / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for returns

No exchange or return request shall be entertained without an unboxing video. Only Photos will not be accepted. The video needs to be from the beginning to end of complete parcel with its packaging. Exchanges will only be entertained till 1 week from the day of delivery.

CANCELLATION

Order will not be canceled once it is processed in our warehouse and dispatched. 

WE WILL NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT PRODUCTS IF.

• If it has been damaged by you.
• If it is altered as per specs shared by you.
• If it has been worn.
